Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform QA & Support Engineer to ensure platform quality and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA and testing strategy for platform releases, including manual and automated testing
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing procedures, bugs, and troubleshooting guides
  • Provide technical support to customers, diagnosing issues and assisting with data integration solutions


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in manual software QA testing in agile environments
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer service with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript for troubleshooting and minor code adjustments
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and common data integration technologies
  • Strong documentation skills for creating clear test cases and troubleshooting documentation
