Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Research Specialist to deliver high-quality survey research.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure quality-control of client-submitted questionnaires and survey best practices
• Provide customer support and guide clients on the use of the research platform
• Maintain superior quality standards throughout project execution while facilitating operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience with survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer, SPSS)
• Client-service mentality with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with consumer questionnaire design is a plus, but not required
