Platform Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer, Platform Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for technical issues
• Collaborate with co-workers and senior technical resources to resolve problems
• Document technical aspects of new and existing offerings for Engineers and Administrators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• One or more relevant cloud platform certifications preferred
• Current CCNA certification or comparable enterprise network platform certification
• 3-5 years of experience in IT roles such as technical support, systems administration, or network engineering
• Experience with private and public cloud technologies and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
