Platform Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the rapidly growing NeoCloud ecosystem, the full-time Platform Solutions Architect will partner with NeoCloud providers to design scalable AI and data services built on the VAST platform, influencing architectural decisions and driving platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with NeoCloud customers to design scalable platform services, including AI, database, and object storage
• Engage early in customer product planning to influence architectural direction before implementation
• Develop reusable reference architectures and operational runbooks to accelerate customer deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing large-scale infrastructure or platform architectures
• Strong background in compute, networking, operating systems, storage, and virtualization
• Experience creating technical artifacts such as reference architectures and solution blueprints
• Demonstrated ability to enable Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or AI infrastructure services
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical architectures
