Platform Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Solutions Engineer II (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements for system features and enhancements
• Work with vendors to ensure system solutions meet business needs and assist in the rollout of new features
• Provide systems analysis expertise and improve operational workflows by studying current practices and designing enhancements

Required Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10+ years related work experience
• Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations, products, processes, and procedures
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-centric environment
• Familiarity with corporate security policies and managing user access/profiles
