Platform Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the primary systems manager for the Customer Relationship Management platform, the full-time remote Platform Solutions Engineer II will handle needs assessments, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and assist in the rollout of new features and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and upgrades
• Lead design sessions and develop system documentation, including data flow diagrams and workflows
• Provide ongoing support and perform troubleshooting in alignment with the Problem and Incident Troubleshooting process

Required qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience
• Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations and products
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in both technical and user-friendly language
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-centric environment
