Job Summary

To support agency clients in mastering a unified AdTech platform, the full-time remote Platform Success Specialist will lead onboarding processes, ensure seamless campaign execution, and bridge technical capabilities with real-world application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structured onboarding for agencies across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring effective audience creation and omnichannel activation
  • Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding, troubleshooting implementation issues and translating platform capabilities into actionable campaign setups
  • Capture user feedback and facilitate communication between agencies and product teams to enhance platform usability and drive product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex client relationships in AdTech or digital media environments
  • Strong working knowledge of identity, audience data, campaign activation mechanics, and attribution workflows
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms such as DSPs, Google Ads, and CRM tools
  • Experience onboarding agencies or advertisers onto marketing or AdTech platforms is strongly preferred
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into operational clarity for clients
