Job Summary

Platform Support Analyst, who will work full-time to address production issues, monitor platform health, and manage internal requests while coordinating across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address production issues and provide business support for platform products
  • Monitor platform health and troubleshoot applications, providing resolutions or recommendations
  • Manage incoming platform requests from internal users via JIRA, Slack, and emails
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising technology, with a focus on DSP or Programmatic
  • Knowledge of ad tech/programmatic platform technologies, including DSPs and Ad Servers
  • Experience with SQL and ability to write basic queries for data analysis
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Willingness to learn technical and functional aspects of the platform
