Platform Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Support Engineer to provide technical support for enterprise applications and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues with stakeholders and vendors for large-scale enterprise applications
• Perform application performance tuning and manage connectivity security in cloud-based infrastructures
• Run tests and troubleshoot issues while interpreting systems metrics for problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Systems Support Engineering and Data Engineering
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Jira)
• Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule
• Strong background in application performance tuning and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with architecting application landscapes and deployment solutions
