Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Platform Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Platform Support team, ensuring service standards and performance metrics are met
- Oversee client support for the trading platform, ensuring compliance with operational and risk frameworks
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve platform issues and enhance client support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or IT-related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in electronic trading platform support, with at least 2 in a leadership role
- In-depth understanding of order routing and platform performance metrics
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required; proficiency in both strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CFTC/NFA requirements and escalation protocols for regulated brokerage operations
