Platform Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Tech Lead to serve as the technical anchor for the Platform Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the final technical reviewer for complex implementations and ensure architectural excellence
• Lead incident management by identifying root causes and providing permanent fixes for production incidents
• Establish end-to-end monitoring and align technical priorities with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with large-scale production environments
• 2+ years of experience leading site reliability engineers or software developers
• In-depth knowledge of AWS architecture and modern tooling like Kubernetes
• Proven ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
• Solid understanding of performance monitoring tools and Linux operating systems
