Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform UX Manager to lead a team of designers and ensure a consistent user experience across product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UX and UI designers across multiple products and domains
• Define and uphold platform-wide UX and UI consistency, including design systems and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify user journeys across web and mobile experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with scalable systems and design operations
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with managing design systems
• Familiarity with AI design tools and designing for AI
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
