Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for audience growth across social media and newsletters
• Lead social media content planning and support digital content creators in optimizing their work
• Curate and manage newsletters to ensure engaging content for audience retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or platform strategy
• Demonstrated success in audience growth and engagement across platforms
• Experience with vertical video production and short-form video editing
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and emerging digital platforms
