Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to prospect and VIP players, addressing issues and enhancing their experience
• Collaborate with CS and VIP management to share insights and recommend improvements based on player feedback
• Communicate effectively with players through various channels and troubleshoot issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Reliable high-speed internet service and a quiet, distraction-free home office workspace
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
