Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Reliable high-speed internet service and a quiet, distraction-free home office workspace
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
