Job Summary

- Collaborate with CS and VIP management to share insights and recommend improvements based on player feedback
- Communicate effectively with players through various channels and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Reliable high-speed internet service and a quiet, distraction-free home office workspace
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
