Job Summary

A company is looking for a Player Experience Researcher who will focus on insights and player strategy to guide game development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with game teams to align research with franchise goals and strategies
• Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise direction
• Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI) or equivalent industry experience
• Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery
• 3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms
• Team-oriented and collaborative, comfortable working across time zones and remotely
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods
