- Minimum 2 years working in a contact center supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Reliable high-speed internet service and a distraction-free home office workspace
- Ability to adapt well to change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to work varying hours, including weekends
