PLM Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PLM Business Analyst to lead business transformation initiatives and act as a bridge between engineering, IT, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for PLM initiatives, translating requirements into technical specifications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure PLM solutions meet needs
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements leveraging PLM capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within PLM environments
• Deep knowledge of PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise settings
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Relevant PLM certifications are a strong plus
