PLM Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote PLM Platform Engineer with expertise in PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter to manage the technical operation of PLM platform installations, configurations, and upgrades while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure a reliable and secure PLM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and operate Windchill or Teamcenter environments across development, test, and production
• Lead PLM upgrades, patches, and platform migrations with minimal disruption
• Optimize PLM performance through query tuning, caching, and JVM tuning while managing user provisioning and security configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of PLM platform administration experience
• Hands-on experience with either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in production
• Strong experience with PLM upgrades and migrations
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration
