PLM Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled PLM Platform Engineer (Windchill / Teamcenter) for a full-time remote position, responsible for the technical operation, installation, configuration, and performance tuning of PLM platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a reliable and secure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Windchill or Teamcenter environments across development, test, and production
• Lead PLM upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption while optimizing platform performance
• Develop automation scripts and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of PLM platform administration experience with PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter
• Strong experience with PLM upgrades and migrations
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
