PMO Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Analyst to support software development and cloud implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams with the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of detailed Microsoft Project work plans
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of timelines, schedules, and dependencies
• Generate and maintain detailed project status reports, dashboards, and summaries

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple project teams and priorities
• Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and administrative skills
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and positive approach
