PMO Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Analyst to support internal project operations and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project triage and convert approved sales orders into structured projects within ConnectWise
• Ensure accurate project setup and maintain strong project governance according to PMO standards
• Develop and distribute reports and dashboards related to project health, timelines, and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or project operations role
• Strong hands-on experience with ConnectWise, particularly in project triage and financial configuration
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, or hybrid models)
