PMO Analyst

Job Summary

To support the TPM / Global Procurement PMO, the remote PMO Analyst will manage the internal PM tool, conduct PMO analytics reporting, and provide process improvement recommendations while working during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of the internal PM Tool / Projects, an enterprise portfolio management platform
• Leverage AI tools to automate dashboards and build lightweight agents while collaborating with IT teams for coding and platform development
• Utilize analytical capabilities to prioritize initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and enhance business value through process optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, PMO analytics, and PM/PPM tool ownership is required
• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets are required
• Experience with BI tools is required
• Experience utilizing AI tools to automate work processes is required
