Job Summary
Providing advanced data analytics to support multiuse facilities construction projects, the full-time PMO Analyst will create and maintain PMO reports, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, and act as a subject matter expert, all while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain PMO reports, including scheduling, budget, and risk reports, along with Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with personnel from other departments to ensure successful project implementation and process improvements
- Review and ensure the accuracy of information provided to management, clients, and project teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
- Data analytics experience for creating risk evaluation, scheduling, and budget reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or other data analytics dashboards
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality
- Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations
