Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO & Communications Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations and communication materials
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, and events
  • Support PMO governance routines and assist with project documentation and tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in PMO support, executive administration, or coordination roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating events and leadership meetings
  • Familiarity with PMO tools such as Asana, Planview, Jira, SharePoint, and Teams is preferred
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
