Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations and communication materials
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, and events
- Support PMO governance routines and assist with project documentation and tracking
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in PMO support, executive administration, or coordination roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating events and leadership meetings
- Familiarity with PMO tools such as Asana, Planview, Jira, SharePoint, and Teams is preferred
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
