Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize PMO standards and ensure project teams understand tactical requirements
• Conduct project health checks and audits to ensure compliance with delivery standards
• Provide tactical coaching and mentorship to Project Managers and Associate PMs

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in program management or operational excellence, with 3+ years in a scaling or enablement role
• Proven track record in PMO or Project Management leadership focused on governance and process compliance
• Exceptional ability to analyze project financial data and schedules
• Mastery of professional services automation tools and project management software
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; certifications in Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma are valued
