PMO Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Lead to enhance project management practices and align with long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine delivery methodologies and best practices for customer onboarding
• Manage Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools and provide insights into project performance
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and implement AI tools to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology program/project management, particularly in Professional Services or PMO
• Strong analytical skills with financial acumen in budgeting and cost tracking
• Expertise in PSA tools and experience in SDLC methodologies
• Proactive attitude with a passion for innovation in PMO processes
• PMP / PRINCE II certification and Scrum knowledge are a plus
