PMO Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Lead to establish and manage the Program Management Office for a large-scale transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate the PMO function to govern a multi-year, cross-functional transformation program
• Define and implement program governance structures, reporting cadences, and decision-making frameworks
• Track and report on the overall progress of transformation workstreams, ensuring timeline adherence and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred
• 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in PMO leadership roles
• Experience standing up PMO functions for complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or life sciences industry environments is a strong plus
