PMO Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PMO activities to ensure programs and projects meet client goals
• Lead and develop the project management team while fostering collaboration
• Establish project management standards and assist in managing project prioritization and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a professional services or client-facing environment
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project financial tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with portfolio management processes and experience with project management tools like Dynamics 365 Project Operations is desired
