PMO Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Manager to lead project management efforts and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers while fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee the full project lifecycle for client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Act as a key escalation point and trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients regarding project health and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports in a professional services environment
• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects in a client-facing capacity
• Active Project Management certification (PMP, Agile certification) or equivalent preferred
• Experience with PM tools like Asana and Jira, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform is highly preferred
