PMO Manager

Job Summary

Supporting impactful projects remotely, the full-time PMO Manager will oversee project management services, lead a remote team, and ensure successful project delivery while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of project management services, including team leadership and performance tracking
• Ensure technical engagements are delivered in alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget expectations
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and departmental teams to maintain project execution and resource coordination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of five years of experience as a PMO Manager or Director in a large enterprise matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK) with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Experience managing project financials, including budgeting and cost control
• At least two relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Microsoft Project Certification
