Job Summary
To support HPE's Hybrid Cloud business, the full-time PMO Manager - Customer Advocacy will manage and scale customer reference programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful customer narratives that enhance market credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize customer wins to create a scalable pipeline of customer references aligned with business goals
- Lead the development of compelling customer stories across various formats, ensuring alignment with company strategies
- Establish PMO rigor by tracking project pipelines, reporting, and managing stakeholder governance
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in customer advocacy, references, or customer marketing programs
- Proven experience in program management or PMO leadership within complex organizations
- Strong track record of developing customer stories and managing reference pipelines
- Experience collaborating with product marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
