Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Operations Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the PMO department and provide administrative support to the VP of PMO
  • Coordinate meetings, track project progress, and prepare reports and presentation decks
  • Facilitate and manage PMO document and artifact library, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
  • 3-5 years of executive administrative support or project management coordination experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and project management software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
