PMO Portfolio Lead

Job Summary

To ensure execution quality and delivery assurance for projects, the full-time PMO Portfolio Lead will manage project health, oversee risk management, and handle project financials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery readiness of new projects and manage project-level risks across the assigned portfolio
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project roadblocks and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders
• Select and onboard Project Managers, ensuring adherence to the Toptal Project Delivery Methodology

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing multi-project portfolios
• PMP certification
• Experience coordinating across client and internal stakeholder groups
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
