Job Summary
Managing project management office activities, the full-time PMO Project Coordinator will oversee process documentation, template management, time tracking, and project reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and processes primarily in SharePoint
- Generate PMO reports for stakeholders and review project deliverables for compliance
- Manage client expectations and support monthly project billing by verifying time tracking hours
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in a project management environment, preferably with formal methodologies
- Experience with project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Strong Excel skills, including detailed data analysis and pivot tables
- Ability to manage smaller, low-risk projects and mentor less experienced personnel
- Effective communication skills for working with remote teams
