PMO Project Manager

Job Summary

To strengthen governance and planning across a global portfolio, the hybrid PMO Project Manager will support the GBS Integrated PMO governance model, contribute to standardized planning approaches, and analyze program inputs to provide insights and reporting to leadership, working onsite Tuesday to Thursday in Chicago.

Key responsibilities

• Support the GBS Integrated PMO governance model and decision-making processes
• Contribute to standardized planning and estimation approaches
• Analyze program inputs to identify risks, dependencies, and themes

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of PMO, program governance, or transformation experience
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in global, matrixed environments
