PMO Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - PMO to lead high-impact projects within the construction and facility management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate construction projects, ensuring alignment with client and company goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client satisfaction and conduct quarterly business reviews
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, providing coaching and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of construction-related relationship and project management experience
• PMI Certification required; additional certifications like LEED or Contractor Licenses a plus
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and government regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email communication tools
