Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evaluate program execution practices to support new business processes and process improvement
Identify areas for process improvement, define, implement, and maintain PMO and business processes
Provide PMO support, manage stakeholder expectations, and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
5+ years of healthcare-related experience, including consulting and/or professional services experience
Ability to synthesize information into clear deliverables, adapt to changing business needs, and apply project management principles
Strong research and investigation skills and the ability to influence others towards consensus
Lean or Six Sigma Certification or experience with military health systems is desired
