Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evaluate program execution practices to support new business processes and process improvement
  • Identify areas for process improvement, define, implement, and maintain PMO and business processes
  • Provide PMO support, manage stakeholder expectations, and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare-related experience, including consulting and/or professional services experience
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear deliverables, adapt to changing business needs, and apply project management principles
  • Strong research and investigation skills and the ability to influence others towards consensus
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification or experience with military health systems is desired
