PMO Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely as a contractor, the PMO Technical Analyst will deliver technical expertise and operational support for project management tools, focusing on Microsoft Project and SharePoint, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and streamline processes over a 6-8 month period.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Project and Project Server to project teams and Program Managers
- Design, configure, and maintain custom lists, fields, views, and workflows in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint
- Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards, addressing data and reporting issues promptly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience developing and maintaining Power BI or Tableau reports/dashboards
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration and list management
- Basic SQL skills for data extraction and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
