PMP Certified AI Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of PMI's enterprise AI delivery and governance capability, the full-time salaried PMP Certified AI Program Manager will translate enterprise AI priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of AI projects while overseeing program governance and cross-functional dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures for AI projects across the organization
• Support senior governance forums by preparing materials, maintaining decision logs, and coordinating follow-through across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information systems, computer science, engineering, analytics, data science, operations, or a related field
• 7+ years of project, program, or transformation management experience, including enterprise-scale delivery
• 5+ years leading AI, analytics, data, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• PMP certification required; PMI-CPMAI and/or PMI-ACP strongly preferred
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methods tailored to AI initiative maturity and risk profile
