Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct process assessments and develop OCM plans and change strategies
  • Support change readiness and facilitate communication and feedback loops
  • Build change agent capacity and develop continuous improvement roadmaps


Required Qualifications
  • Five years of extensive experience applying Project Management principles
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certifications
  • Five years of experience supporting organizational change for IT system implementations
  • Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
