Job Summary

Leading a team focused on client delivery execution, the full-time PMP Certified Client Delivery Manager will oversee strategic initiatives, manage delivery performance, and ensure adherence to governance standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Client Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution across assigned clients and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor delivery portfolio health, performance metrics, and escalate issues to protect delivery timelines and quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery challenges and align execution with client expectations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in client delivery, project management, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience leading client-facing delivery or project teams
  • Experience managing delivery execution and operational processes in complex environments
  • PMP certification preferred
