Job Summary

Leading delivery execution for assigned clients and complex initiatives, the full-time remote PMP Certified Client Delivery Manager will manage delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee performance metrics to ensure predictable execution and alignment with contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery execution across assigned clients, managing upgrades, purchased solutions, and ancillary activities
• Develop and adjust delivery plans, timelines, and resource needs while tracking performance metrics and financial impacts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery timelines, while managing risks and escalations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related fields
• Experience leading complex delivery initiatives and cross-functional execution activities
• PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of advanced project management practices and delivery execution metrics
