PMP Certified Corporate Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution and alignment of enterprise initiatives, the full-time remote PMP Certified Corporate Program Manager will orchestrate cross-functional programs, design governance frameworks, and ensure operational changes achieve long-term adoption and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce cross-functional program governance structures and operational status frameworks
• Run automated enterprise tracking systems and dashboards to maintain a centralized source of truth for global updates
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives through systematic change management frameworks and training programs

Required qualifications

• Active PMP certification or a recognized equivalent credential
• Proven experience directing large-scale corporate programs using hybrid project management methodologies
• Advanced mastery of enterprise portfolio management tools for building automated dashboards
• Experience partnering with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to define operational metrics
• Ability to write comprehensive briefs and structural playbooks for non-technical executives
