Key Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio-level P&L performance and ensure forecasting accuracy
- Lead a federal, state, and commercial delivery portfolio while driving consistency and delivery excellence
- Direct project managers and delivery support staff, establishing scalable project delivery standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health, technical, or management field
- Active PMP certification with 10+ years of certification history
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing mid-to-large government contracts over $15M
- Experience overseeing government programs or project portfolios valued at $30M or more annually
- Strong executive presence and client-facing experience
