PMP Certified Deputy Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the leadership and execution of a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
• Lead planning and execution activities for the transition to a modernized financial management solution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic program objectives

Required Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in finance, acquisition, or technology
• Proven experience managing a large federal program or enterprise-level transformation effort
• Demonstrated success implementing a complex, cloud-based financial and acquisition management solution for a Cabinet-level agency
• Strong command of program management methodologies and federal lifecycle processes
