PMP Certified EHR Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple projects involving OracleHealth EHR, the full-time Senior EHR Project Manager, Acute Facility Deployments will coordinate with departmental and cross-functional teams to ensure expert-level customer support and successful project execution in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement, executive updates, and vendor relationships while managing expectations among hospital executives and medical staff
• Develop and maintain project management tools and documentation to track all project activities from business requirements through completion
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract alignment, while anticipating and mitigating risks across work streams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience managing projects in a technology, digital, or enterprise setting
• Experience managing high-budget projects and leading vendor partnerships
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or obtained within six months of employment
• Advanced project leadership skills with experience in navigating matrixed organizations
