Seeking a dynamic, full-time PMP Certified EHRM Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of Electronic Health Record Modernization efforts for the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on delivering training materials and managing project workflows in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead evaluation and data-driven decision-making activities, tracking performance and implementing success measures
- Serve as project manager for assigned workstreams, ensuring team alignment and driving project execution to completion
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and operational dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, preferably with federal clients or large-scale health-related projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- SAFe Agile certification strongly preferred, with familiarity in management tools like Jira
