PMP Certified ERP Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a healthcare client, the contract ERP Project Manager with Workday and UKG experience will manage project portfolios, oversee change management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage competing priorities and projects at various stages
- Oversee Business Applications project portfolios and report KPIs to leadership
- Drive stakeholder adoption and enforce project governance and risk mitigation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or 8-10 years of IT project management experience with 5 years in healthcare
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing enterprise-wide healthcare IT initiatives, particularly in ERP systems like Workday and UKG
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and ITSM platforms
