PMP Certified Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Central/Mountain US Time Zone) to lead client-facing SaaS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from Service Order signature through configuration, training, and client adoption
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
• Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure consistent, scalable, and predictable implementations

Required Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
• 3-5 years of project management experience leading SaaS implementations or complex client-facing projects
• Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent implementation projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines
• Strong experience in scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and timeline accountability
• Ability to drive projects forward while managing client expectations and internal dependencies
