Job Summary
PMP Certified IT Director, responsible for leading the planning and delivery of IT projects in a full-time remote role, ensuring project management standards and team development while overseeing financial and resource accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Maintain standardized project management methodologies and tools to promote efficiency across teams
- Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Science, Project Management, or related field
- At least five years of experience in a management-level position, preferably in technology or healthcare environments
- Experience managing a team of direct reports, including Portfolio Managers and Project Managers
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required
- Proven experience in healthcare IT environments or with healthcare clients
