Job Summary

PMP Certified IT Director, responsible for leading the planning and delivery of IT projects in a full-time remote role, ensuring project management standards and team development while overseeing financial and resource accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Maintain standardized project management methodologies and tools to promote efficiency across teams
  • Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Science, Project Management, or related field
  • At least five years of experience in a management-level position, preferably in technology or healthcare environments
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports, including Portfolio Managers and Project Managers
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required
  • Proven experience in healthcare IT environments or with healthcare clients
